1. General Policy
All purchases made on Estudy World are subject to the terms stated below. We encourage users to review program details carefully before enrolling, as our services involve time, resources, and instructor allocation.
2. Free Trial Policy
- Free trial sessions are offered solely for evaluation purposes.
- No refunds or monetary compensation apply to free trial sessions.
- Free trials are limited to one per student unless otherwise stated.
3. Paid Programs & Subscriptions
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Technical issues from our side that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved.
- Instructor unavailability where no suitable replacement is provided.
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Missed classes due to student absence.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after sessions have started.
- Partial use of a course, package, or subscription.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.
4. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
4.1 Student-Initiated Cancellation
- Students must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a class.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will be marked as completed and are not refundable.
- Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension without refund.
4.2 Instructor-Initiated Cancellation
- If a class is canceled by Estudy World or the instructor, the session will be rescheduled or credited at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a proportional refund or class credit may be issued.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscription plans can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Once a billing cycle has started, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
- Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (if any) are non-refundable.
